 5. Strong communication and understanding skills.

Job description

 1. Handle pre-sales and after-sales technical support;

 2. Prepare relevant after-sales technical documents;

 3. Statistical related customer complaint information and timely feedback to follow up improvement results;

 4. Mainly to foreign customers, dealing with related product issues.
